Camping for Families

Camp C is a paradise for people looking camping for families. It’s near to Thaursai village and close to the lake. Guest can feel safe even on the weekdays when there is less crowd. This place is completely safe in the rain as there is a big shade to accommodate tents. Two on-site families are there on the campsite as a caretaker, who looks after all your needs. This camp falls in the regular camping category. Guests are more satisfied with the service and location than the facilities. This one is the only ATDC Maharashtra approved campsite in Pawna lake camping.

Transportation is not included in the price. You can bring your own vehicle for a fun ride or you can hire a private cab from Lonavala or Kamshet to Thakursai which will cost you around 1000 rupees one side. The sharing cab may not be possible every time. In addition, we will guide you on call for transportation once you book.

I am not a blogger but I must write this review for the future travelers because most of the travelers read reviews before travel to the destination now a days.

This was our first camping experience. We were three family(6 adult and 3 kids) ,each with kid of 6-7 years old.
The main Concern was hygiene and Safety which they took care very well.

The site was live and kids Friendly. There were many games like badminton, dart, archery, volleyball, cricket or u can just sit by lake and enjoy sunset. The camp site C is very near to lake. Night view of lake from site is worth visiting.
Talking about food , Food was served on time and good to eat with kids. Snacks were served at 5.00pm, barbeque at 8.00 and dinner at 10.00 pm followed By campfire and hot tea. Music was played till 11.30 pm as per customer’s request.. Breakfast tea, poha, egg bhurji, bread butter jam was served in the morning 8.00 am. Tea was awesome. Then it’s leisure time to go to lake side Again and back your home.

I recommend camp site c as a great choice with family..

No second thought of campsite C if u r planning pawna Lake camping with kid.
I hope This review helps u in selecting camp site.

the camp location was wonderful and food was also very good, everything is good about this place the only ‘con’ is the sleeping condition, the pillows they provide are a small cushion that you place on a sofa you can’t sleep well on the foam that they provide in the tent, Apart from the sleeping condition everything is absolutely fine.
