Advance payments are non-refundable except where the property is unable to provide the booked stay. No compensation will be provided for issues related to power cuts, AC, fridge, Wi-Fi, or natural events. Check-in: 3:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges. Speaker music is not allowed after 10 PM.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave in case of misconduct, illegal activity, damage, disturbance, or violation of house rules. Smoking and alcohol consumption in open areas only. Not allowed inside the cottage.
Children up to 5 years stay free. Pets are allowed; pet food is available. Common bonfire is available except during monsoon.
Power backup is not available for AC. Gated compound with security and a caretaker available 24x7. CCTV is not available.
Note: There will also be tent camping on Saturdays, with a crowd of 80-100 people.
