Transportation from Pune is not included in the price. You can bring your own vehicle for a fun ride or you can hire a private cab from Lonavala or Kamshet to Thakursai which will cost you around 1000 rupees one side. 2 Star rating is for the campsite & the services or else the place is amazing!
Got to know about Pawna from a friend who travels a lot & have visited this place like two years ago. So I decided to visit with my partner, but wasn’t upto my expectations. At the first place, the couples campsite wasn’t looking like couples campsite – boring lights which were switched off around 11:00 pm, Tents were damaged (Had Holes literally!) & food wasn’t that great. There were limited games, out of which the carrom board too was damaged.
We reached at or around 5:30 pm & were given a damaged tent which had a hole from where a huge rat can easily pass. So asked the employee there to give us another tent. Had to give him a reminder thrice, then too he didn’t come. Then I had to personally go & explain him the whole thing like 4th time. Then finally he came & gave us another tent. Service is super duper slow!
The place is beautiful no doubt, but the campsite management is messed up. Was expecting the couples campsite to be lit up with beautiful lights & atleast decent food, nothing was even 10% of what I expected.
I don’t think would ever visit this place again nor would I suggest anyone else.
Since the lockdown started it was the first time I opted for night out, but that too was ruined royally! Seems like 3K was a total waste of money!
Mr. Dinesh Bodke (The one with whom I spoke to on call after booking) is a helpful guy. Kindly make some changes in the campsite if possible.

    A good experience

Pawnacamp has probably the most sites across Pawna Lake and each of this site is designated with an alphabet. We choose site ‘I’ as it was thr nearest from the lake

The camp was a very spacious camp. There were plenty of tents. They kept family and friends section a bit apart, which was good for both.

The tent was spacious, the padding below was decent. Blankets and pillows were provided. Chairs outside the tent were also provided.
Other amenities included archery, badminton, volleyball and Live Music

    The washrooms were clean.

The hosts were very co-operative. All the requests were fulfilled quickly.

The food was okayish, but anyways no Camp in Pawna provides decent food hence I wasn’t disappointed by the food

Overall a good experience and one must visit this place atleast once
